Shuangqiao Park in Chongqing is located at No. 23 Shuanglong West Road, Shuangqiao District, covering a total area of 108 mu. The park is open to the public free of charge all day. To meet the needs of citizens for sightseeing, resting, entertainment, and cultural activities, it has been divided into various functional areas including a scenic viewing and resting zone, water scenery area, amusement activity area, cultural activity area, and management service area. In 2004, Shuangqiao Park was rated as a second-tier qualified park in Chongqing. To develop a youth science education base, a science exhibition area was established, new plant knowledge display boards were added, and signs were made for each type of plant. Designated science education staff provide plant knowledge explanations for visiting primary and secondary school students. Throughout the year, the park receives over 2,000 student visitors, enriching extracurricular practical activities for young people and fostering their appreciation and love for nature.
