Nanning Wuxiangling Forest Park

Nanning Wuxiangling Forest Park was established in August 2008. It is located in the core area of Nanning’s Wuxiang New District, bordered by Pingle Avenue to the east, Yudong Avenue to the south, Yinhai Avenue to the west, and Jianshe Road and Wuxiang Avenue to the north. It faces the Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area across the river. The planned area covers 12,693 mu, with an actual land area of 12,027 mu. It is an important component of the supporting infrastructure in the Wuxiang New District and a key ecological functional zone, serving as one of the main areas for ecological conservation and leisure activities in Nanning.

The park is divided into five zones from west to east: First Wuxiangling, Second Wuxiangling, Third Wuxiangling, Fourth Wuxiangling, and Fifth Wuxiangling, with elevations of 212.4 meters, 228.7 meters, 221.4 meters, 215.1 meters, and 219.5 meters respectively.

The forest coverage rate in the park reaches 73%, and the green coverage rate is 75.6%. The goal of the park’s planning and construction is to create a harmonious, natural, and ecological urban “green lung.”
