Duxiu Mountain Scenic Area

Duxiu Mountain, also known as Lion Rock, is located to the south of Fusui County. Over the dynasties, local officials and literati have left behind precious calligraphic works here, making it one of the testimonies to Fusui’s rich cultural heritage. The mountain has a flat, round body, is steep and elegantly rugged, and boasts beautiful terrain that combines elements of “antiquity, uniqueness, danger, and beauty.” It is honored as the “Solo Beauty of the Southern Mountains.”
