The site of the First Party Branch in Central Guangxi is a historical relic (memorial hall) formed during the process of the Chinese Communist Party leading people of all ethnic groups in Wuxuan County (Laibin City) through the history of the New Democratic Revolution. The First Party Branch in Central Guangxi was established in December 1926, making it the earliest party branch in Laibin City. In January 1928, it was reorganized to form the Wuxuan County Committee, becoming one of the five earliest county committees established in Guangxi at that time. Its secretary, Pan Yejun, served as the Party Secretary of Rongxian County in Guangxi from July 1928 to the spring of 1931. The former site of the First Party Branch in Central Guangxi covers an area of 1,500 square meters; the surrounding protected area extends over 10,000 square meters, within which cultural leisure squares, comprehensive cultural and health buildings, and stages have been constructed. This site also serves as a clean governance education base for Wuxuan County.
