Located on the western side of Waguling in Dagu Village, Qintang Town, present-day Guigang City, it covers an area of 300 square meters. The tomb mound is 2 meters high with a base diameter of 2.5 meters, covered with cement mortar. The front has a marble stele embedded in a grey sandbrick pedestal, which is 1.5 meters high and 1.4 meters wide, with an arched top. The marble stele itself is 1 meter high and 60 centimeters wide, inscribed with the seven characters “Martyr Chen Peiren’s Tomb” in regular script, each character measuring 80 centimeters in diameter. The tomb ring is situated 1.5 meters outside the tomb mound and is enclosed by a low wall made of cement mortar stone, standing 1 meter high and forming a semicircle, which then extends outward on both sides as tomb arms, with each short extending wall being 3 meters wide. A horizontally placed marble slab is embedded in the left low wall, measuring 80 centimeters in height and 240 centimeters in width. The inscription describes the life of Chen Peiren, the first County Party Committee Secretary of Guixian under the Chinese Communist Party. In front of the tomb, the stele pedestal is divided into three terraces, each with a 0.3-meter height difference. The terraces slope downward and outward from the tomb mound, becoming increasingly broad, suitable for worship activities. In 1928, Chen Peiren’s family buried him here with a bluestone stele. The current scale of the tomb was expanded in May 1986 by the Guixian County Government on the original site.

Chen Peiren (1902–1928), also known as Zu Yao, was a native of Xiyudong in Qintang Town. In 1924, he studied in the special class at Pudong Middle School in Shanghai.

In the spring of 1925, he organized the Shanghai Branch of the New Guangxi Aspiration Society with fellow students from Guangxi in Shanghai and was elected as the head. In the summer, he participated in the May Thirtieth Movement in Shanghai. In the autumn, he was admitted to the Department of Sociology at Shanghai University and joined the Chinese Communist Party. Later, he transferred to Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou, where he edited journals such as "The Folk" and "Cry Out."
