Neat and uniform farmsteads peek through thousands of acres of lush lotus fields; the meandering Longfeng River flows gently around the village, with willows swaying along the banks and shrubs thriving on the river islands, set against the backdrop of misty tea-covered hills in the distance, creating a picturesque ink-wash landscape. In the vast lotus fields, emerald-green leaves rise at varying heights, and by June each year, the pond bursts into bloom with lotus flowers, swaying in the wind and filling the air with their fragrance. The breathtaking sight of “endless green lotus leaves stretching to the sky and lotus blossoms glowing red under the sun” is truly awe-inspiring. Not far from the village lies Songbai Mountain, which stands over 800 meters above sea level and is often shrouded in clouds and mist. It is the main producing area of the nationally recognized Qintang Maojian tea. Here, the pastoral scenery offers the perfect experience: peach blossoms in spring, lotus viewing and fresh lotus root in summer, fruits in autumn, and fitness and leisure activities in winter.
