With beautiful scenery and enchanting views, it features ancestral water conservancy projects such as a river dam, century-old houses dating back to the Qing Dynasty, and an ancient banyan tree that has weathered the years and witnessed the growth of Pan Cuntun. Passing by Pan Cun Bridge in the evening, you can watch the sunset paint the water half red and half yellow — truly reminiscent of the poetic line “A slanting sun spreads over the water, half the river shimmers, half the river red.” Gazing at Pan Cuntun from afar, it presents a beautiful scene where “the village lies within the forest, the courtyards within the greenery, and the people within the landscape.”
