Located at the confluence of the Northeast Liuriver and the Xunjiang River in Tengcheng Town, the western side of the hill facing the river features the "Fangsu Pavilion," and halfway up the mountain is the "Floating Gold Pavilion." It was one of the old Eight Scenic Spots of Tengzhou, known as "Donggang Clear Moon" or "Dongshan Night Moon." In 1988, the county government built it into "Dongshan Park."

The park includes a 4,000-square-meter square, an 87-square-meter riverside pavilion corridor, a 750-square-meter martyrs' deeds exhibition room, and a statue of martyr Li Zhenya. The statue is situated in the center of the square, with a three-step pedestal covering an area of 144 square meters and a monument standing 2.70 meters high. It was completed on April 3, 1991. The Revolutionary Martyrs' Monument is designed as a rifle with a bayonet standing upright within billowing red flags, beneath which lies a 40-square-meter granite relief carving depicting six soldiers and civilians. The total construction area of the memorial monument is 672.67 square meters, with the main monument standing 22.50 meters high. The base of the monument bears the inscription "Eternal Glory to Revolutionary Martyrs." The back is inlaid with marble, engraved with the inscription and the list of martyrs. The terrace has marble railings on the south and north sides, and granite steps on the east and west sides. About 200 meters west and halfway up the hill from the Li Zhenya statue is the Floating Gold Pavilion. The pavilion faces slightly northeast and is about 6 meters high, 6 meters wide, and 6 meters deep, with a hexagonal shape, six square brick pillars, and decorative railing in a loop pattern. Next to the pavilion, there is a marble plaque with a brief introduction and cultural heritage protection markings. About two to thirty meters west and at the foot of the hill from the Floating Gold Pavilion is the Fangsu Pavilion, which also faces slightly northeast. It is about 5.30 meters high, 5 meters wide, and 5 meters deep, with a square shape. Its four corners are supported by square stone pillars with stone bases, featuring a four-sided dripping eave roof with ridges. Next to the pavilion, there is a marble plaque with a brief introduction and cultural heritage protection markings. Dongshan boasts beautiful scenery, and poets such as Fei Kezhong of the Yuan Dynasty and Su Shi of the Song Dynasty once left verses in its praise.
