Itinerary Overview

D1–D2: Nadi and Denarau Island → D3–D4: Mamanuca Islands → D5: Coral Coast and Sigatoka → D6: Suva → D7: Return to Nadi for departure. The main island loop can be explored by rental car or private transfer, while outer islands are accessed via speedboat.

D1–D2: Nadi and Denarau Island

  • D1: Arrive at Nadi International Airport → Check in to a resort on Denarau Island → Watch the sunset and enjoy a seafood dinner in the evening.
  • D2: Visit the Nadi Market and Hindu Temple → Explore the Sleeping Giant Garden → Relax in the Sabeto Hot Springs mud bath → Return to Denarau for rest.

D3–D4: Mamanuca Islands

  • D3: Take a speedboat from Denarau Harbour to the Mamanuca Islands, check in to your resort → Spend the afternoon snorkeling and kayaking.
  • D4: Go on an island-hopping day trip to Monuriki Island (filming location of *Cast Away*) and nearby sandbanks → Return in the evening or opt to stay overnight on the island.

D5: Coral Coast and Sigatoka

Travel along the southern coast of the main island to the Coral Coast, and visit Sigatoka Sand Dunes National Park and the Sigatoka River. Take a boat upstream to explore riverside villages and learn about traditional ways of life.

D6: Suva

Head to the capital city, Suva, to visit the Fiji Museum, local markets, and the waterfront area to experience Fiji’s urban and multicultural vibe. Stay overnight in Suva or return to Nadi.

D7: Return to Nadi for Departure

Spend the morning at leisure or relaxing at your resort, then return to Nadi in the afternoon. Head to the airport for your departure, concluding your Fiji trip.
